Welcome to ikoomoo. By using www.ikoomoo.com or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices, colors, sizes, compatibility details, and other information accurate.

Actual colors or appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, or production differences. Please check your selected model, size, color, and style carefully before placing an order.

For phone cases and other device accessories, customers are responsible for selecting the correct device model.

2. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and may change without notice.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. We may cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, product availability problem, or incorrect order information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Order Processing

Orders require processing before shipment. Processing times shown on the Site are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays, or because of product availability.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@ikoomoo.com. We will try to help before the order is processed or shipped, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $35 USD or more, unless otherwise stated during a promotion or at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will normally be provided after shipment when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or other import charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Returned items should generally be unused, in their original condition, and returned according to the instructions provided by ikoomoo.

Certain items, including personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return except where required by law or where the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact service@ikoomoo.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes and discounts may be subject to expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or other conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, may not be combined with other offers, and cannot normally be applied to orders that have already been completed.

We reserve the right to cancel promotions affected by fraud, abuse, technical errors, or misuse.

7. Reviews & Customer Content

Customers may submit reviews, photos, videos, or other content to the Site.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

You retain ownership of your content, but you allow ikoomoo to use submitted reviews, photos, and videos for operating, displaying, and promoting our products and services, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, unrelated, or otherwise violates these Terms.

The ikoomoo name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, product photography, and other original Site content are owned by or licensed to ikoomoo and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks, characters, artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

You may not use the Site for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, malware, spam, intellectual property infringement, or any activity that interferes with the security or operation of the Site.

We reserve the right to restrict access or cancel orders where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
