I loved this case the moment I saw it online. It was my number 1 most wanted item on my wishlist. When I received it, pochacco was stuck upside down in the top corner with his ear broken off. As upsetting as it was, I accepted it as a “oh well, what else can I do” situation. I was happy that the other characters were still freely moving which was still magical in my eyes. If pochacco was stuck at least right side up, I probably wouldn’t have been bothered at all.

That being said. Since I’ve got it, the characters have become stuck in place. Some overtop each other, some just stuck on their own.

After multiple attempts to “knock them out” of place, they just sit idle and do not budge. :(

I wanted love the case so much, but very disappointed with its performance. Now I’m assuming mine was a one off defect. But so sad nonetheless.

It’s cute I love it so much, it did take a while to get to me, but I’m pretty sure that was cause by my postal Service in my town. But I did get it and love it

I love the cases so much. Everyone who sees it also asks where I got it from and I refer them to your site. I love the extra goodies that came with my order and the face masks. Def keeping the face masks as a souvenir :) only thing I recommend for improvement will be the buttons section. It’s a bit hard to press the volume up or down button as well as the lock button. Other than that I love the case so much! It also works with MagSafe charging with the case on as well!

The case was so cute very satisfying when I bought it and durable. For some reason now the characters don’t move and are all stuck together. I’ve tried shaking it and banging it but it’s still stuck so kinda wasted my money there. I’ll be ordering a new case somewhere else.

I love Sanrio and I was so excited to find this case! Unfortunately, after a few days with it, the water/oil mixture inside began to leak. There were no visible cracks to the case but it appeared to be leaking from the bottom. I messaged the shop regarding the defect and they relayed to me that they would send me a new case as it was probable that it was damaged in the mail! They were fast in replying to me and without hesitation offered a new case! 10/10 customer service! Very cute store <3
